Change Your Personal Information By Web
- Visit http://pipeline.wayne.edu and log on with your WSU AccessID.
- After logging on, click on the "Employee" tab then click on the "View Personal Info" link to reach your Personal Information Section.
- Follow the links/instructions on the web page(s) to make changes to your personal information.
Change Your Employee Information
If your employee information is not correct, contact your department or division's administrative office. The following employee information changes must come from them:
- Your job title
- The division in which you work
- Your department

Change Your Personal Information By Form
- Go to the WSU Registrar's Forms and Instructions Website, print the form needed, fill it in, and submit it according to the instructions.
- Go to WSU Student Records Office, 5057 Woodward, 5th Floor, Detroit, Michigan 48202, and change the information there.
NOTE: Student directory information (name, e-mail address, school or college, and common names) is public information. If you want to remove your listing from the WSU Electronic Directory, you need to sign a form and turn it in to the WSU Office of the Registrar. If you work for the University, your employment information (name, AccessID, title, college or division, department, campus address, and campus phone number) is public information, and you cannot control whether or not it is displayed.
